During the initial phases of property acquisition, our team leverages data and trends to define the design and scope of work. Once the key objectives are set, our Creative and Operations Director translates this information into design renderings and prototypes. These serve as the foundation for developing a comprehensive job scope, enabling us to effectively finalize and manage the construction budgets and timelines.

Christopher's visionary leadership has significantly impacted these sectors worldwide, reshaping their landscapes. Now, he merges his passion for design with his technology prowess as a Co-founder of Logical Habitat and the creator of Tag X furthering his legacy of innovation and excellence.

Babak Rezvani
Babak Rezvani, our Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, is renowned for conceptualizing and developing the initial widely embraced smart home technology platforms. With a remarkable track record, he has been granted over 94 patents and counting by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), leading the technological advancements of numerous well-known Fortune 500 companies.
Driven by frustration with the inefficiencies in the construction process, Babak recognized an opportunity to leverage his expertise in the tech sector to streamline the design-build home process. This vision led to the establishment of Logical Habitat in 2014, where Babak continues to apply his innovative approach to redefine the future of home construction.

Joe Morbillo
As a design-build contractor, Joe Morbillo (is the engine) he brings his years of construction and architectural experience to every Logical Habitat project. Early on in his career, Joe worked alongside his father, working with notable industry favorites like (Ben Karpinski, Joe Farell, Kean Development). In 2006 He Founded East Point builders working for Brodsky's BEB capital while building homes for investors from Hampton bays to East Hampton. His Partnership with Logical Habitat started in 2016 and has since collaborated on more than six successful projects and counting.
